I’m brand new to Ubuntu and servers in general, but I thought I’d try and set up a games server to play with friends and not need to use any third party services.
I bought an HP Elitedesk to use as my server and installed the latest Ubuntu Server version. I’m trying to ssh from my Windows pc and it says I’m inputting the incorrect password, even though I know for a fact that it’s correct.
Once again I’m brand new to all of this and was following a guide on how to do this, but this is a snag that was not described and now I seem to be alone in it. Thank you for your time.
