Don't require password when wake from Screen Blank

Ubuntu 24.04, Gnome fallback Metacity.

I suspend after an hour for security reasons.

I blank the screen after 15 mins for energy saving.

I DO want the screen to lock and require a password after waking from SUSPEND.

I DON'T want the screen to lock and require a password after waking from SCREEN BLANK.

Nothing obvious or remotely clear in dconf-editor menus. Lots of advice about not-quite-the-same situations.
