WiFi not working on 24.04. Constantly asking for password

Previously on Mint Cinnamon I could still at least connect wirelessly to my phone's hotspot.

Now on Ubuntu Desktop 24.04, both hotspot and WiFi router face the same problem.

So basically what happens is it would ask to key in the password to the network every 10-20 seconds but it would never connect. When it pops up every time the password would already be typed in. The networks are saved but no able to connect.

Basically what I do now is use USB tethering on my phone to use the internet. No I can't use an ethernet cable, routing problems. It's a new PC:77007800xtGigabyte B650 Eagle AX32Gb team T-Force Delta RGB 6000Mhz CL38 16x2

If you're gonna ask me for output, I'm new to Linux and you're gonna have to tell me what the commands are for the terminal or how to do that.
